Cappanalea OEC has worked with many groups undertaking the Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme.
The outdoor adventure experience adds greatly to the programme and provides the adult learners with a unique learning experience in the outdoors. Shared experiences in the outdoors offers opportunities foster team spirit within the group, confront challenges and provide a variety of materials to build upon and which can be integrate into the lessons back in the classroom.
