Adventure Weekend
Cappanalea is running an Adventure Weekend for Adults on the 22nd – 24th June 2012. The weekend is open to all ability levels and is guranteed to be a fun weekend. The weekend will be residentail but there is also the option to join in on the activities on a day basis. The activities on offer are Kayaking; Canoeing; Rock climbing; Windsurfing; Sailing; Hillwalking / Field Studies and Orienteering.

ITT – Health and Leisure Course
Each year Cappanalea works with students from the IT Tralee who are doing the Health and Leisure Course. The first week involves an overnight camp and two activity days in the outdoors. Kayaking / Canoeing on the Lakes of Killarney
